I never set out to be an executive coach.

Years ago, I was in commercial insurance. I loved it. I wanted to retire there. But, truthfully, in my ambition to become a partner, I was going about it all by myself. My life was all about me.

Around that time, a man started mentoring me. Through that process, I learned true leadership. I saw its impact on my life, my business, and my community.

It changed my life. I wanted more. So I left insurance and became an executive coach, first with Vistage, and then on my own.

I started One Life Group because we each have one life and it's easier to get it right when we walk with a few like-minded peers. We go deep with each other — our max group size is 10 — and the results are profound.
