Each of our peer groups meet once a month for three hours. The agenda is straightforward:
We open with each member sharing updates from work and in life and holding each other accountable to goals.
Each month, we take about an hour to focus on one of the 12 key skills you need to be a true, authentic leader.
The majority of a Peer Group meeting is for discussing issues and getting input from your peers.
